Items are shipped in the continental US through major ground shipping providers, typically FedEx or UPS. You'll receive a tracking number when your item ships.

Orders typically ship within 1 week. If you need rush service, please send an email and I'll do my best to accommodate.

Please note that returns are not accepted, except in extraordinary circumstances such as the product arriving damaged.

While I wish I could offer more flexibility, this is a very small-scale operation and the tradeoff of higher prices for more flexibility doesn't seem worthwhile.

However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out immediately and I'll do my best to make it right.
